Our Approach

Regulated. Independent. Direct.

XEQ bridges the gap between institutional scale and boutique accessibility, combining the governance and discipline of a fully regulated fund manager with the agility, responsiveness, and client focus of a lean, experienced team.

MAS-Regulated

CMS Licence No. CMS101602. XEQ Capital Private Limited is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore for fund management activities under the Securities and Futures Act 2001.

Alternative Assets Specialist

Private credit, private equity, mezzanine, and structured income - sourced, underwritten, and managed in-house. No third-party product distribution. No retail allocation dilution.

Direct Access

A boutique structure means principals work directly with XEQ's senior investment team - not a relationship-management layer. Decisions move faster. Mandates stay tighter.
